Congratulation to Fr. Makhan

Image
Fr Michael MakhanAlthough Fr Michael Makhan had indicated months ago that he wished no special public celebration for his golden jubilee of ordination, the clergy of the Archdiocese wish to publicly note this most special occasion. We thank God for the exemplary ministry of Fr Makhan (July 28th 1963-2013). We give thanks for his witness as priest and pastor, teacher, spiritual director, counsellor, brother and friend. He has been a man of God and a priest for the people. In his total commitment to the Gospel and generous service of the Church, he exemplifies many of the qualities which Pope Francis now asks of priests. Michael Makhan, Disciple and Missionary, may God continue to richly bless you.
